I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the PIK area! The value for money was exceptional - I couldn't believe how affordable it was for such a great location above a shopping mall. The staff were attentive and friendly, and the basic amenities in the room were exactly what I needed. Plus, having the option to leave the doors wide open to let in the fresh air while my children played was such a bonus.
All was fine, nothing to complain about!

The hotel is conveniently located near a hospital and has easy access to transportation. There are plenty of places to eat and two minimarts downstairs. Wi-Fi is speedy and there are many TV channels to choose from.
The breakfast was worst; the food wasn't good, the cutlery was dirty, and there were even hairs in the dishes.

Located near a hospital and various restaurants within the same building, the hotel is conveniently positioned. Guests can take a quick drive to the Marina, and PIK Hospital is also near. the rooms are comfortable, with good beds, and the bathrooms are clean. the facilities are also a plus, offering Wi-Fi and breakfast every morning.
The service at the hotel could be more responsive and friendly towards guests, which can be disappointing.

The hotel rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. We also appreciated the convenient location near a shopping mall and various essential amenities nearby.
The walls were thin and we heard a lot of noise from other guests during the night which disrupted our romantic escape. the towels provided were not the cleanest, and the wifi speed was disappointingly slow.
